This returns policy outlines your rights and our obligations under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, applicable to our online sales within the UK.

 

14-Day Cancellation Period

Under UK law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, please notify us of your decision to cancel your order through any of the following methods:

Conditions for Returns

We require all returned items to be in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all tags, stickers or labels attached.

 

Items that are returned to us worn, soiled, damaged, or without original labels, stickers and/or tags will not qualify for a full refund.

 

In such cases, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund. We will inform you of this following receipt and inspection of the item once it is returned to us if this is the case.

 

Please ensure you take reasonable care of the item(s) while they are in your possession to avoid any issues with your return.

 

Returns outside the 14-Day Cancellation Period

After the 14-day cancellation period, we will only accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Faulty or Damaged Items:
    • If the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, including the cost of return shipping.
  2. Items Not Covered:
    • We do not accept returns for items that are not faulty or damaged outside the 14-day period. This includes items that no longer fit, items that are unwanted, or items that were purchased by mistake.

 

Return Shipping

If you decide to return your order, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty, or we have made an error with your order.

Please ensure that the goods are packaged securely and sent back to us using a trackable shipping service.

We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit for returns shipped via a non-tracked shipping service. We recommend retaining proof of postage for your records.

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are in a resalable condition, we will process your refund. The refund will include the cost of the goods and the original delivery charges. We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or receiving proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is sooner.

 

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
